Celerion is hiring a Facilities Supervisor to join our Lincoln campus team! Our campus includes clinics, laboratories and office space in multiple buildings.
The Facilities Supervisor will be responsible for assuring the effective functioning of the facilities department to provide an efficient and safe, secure environment for employees, clients and contractors by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes.

Essential Functions:Responsible for management of Facilities staff Coordinate major repairs to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment by soliciting bids and scheduling service callsOversee the work ticket and preventative maintenance programOversee the HVAC controls systemCoordinate the scheduling and completion of inspections of life safety equipment Ability to be on call as neededRequirements: Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsHigh school diploma Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities leadership role4+ years related maintenance experience preferredValid driver's license, and clean driving recordBasic computer skillsKnowledge of safety proceduresKnowledge of Security systems preferred, additional training will be providedCelerion Values:       Integrity   Trust   Teamwork   Respect
