Job Description

Supervision of technicians.

Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols for plant facilities and equipment

Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for repairs and maintenance projects

Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs

Initiate/Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) program for plant facilities and equipment

Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Assess and address any facility-related issues or concerns in a timely manner

Manage budgets and expenses related to facility maintenance

Overseeing facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Develop and implement improvements to enhance facility operations and efficiency
