**Facility Warehouse Supervisor - Mankato, MN**
This job description is for a Facility Warehouse Supervisor who will be overseeing daily all facility warehouse operations, including inventory management, ordering, receiving, storage, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. This role is a facility wide role for Crush/Cogen and Refinery plant. The role also involves leading warehouse activities, consolidating, implementing systems to improve operations, and supporting the facility's leadership team. Here are some of the key responsibilities and qualifications:
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Supervision & Coordination:**
+ Lead and supervise all site warehouse activities.
+ Oversee all daily site warehouse activities.
+ Collaborate with site leadership to standardize warehouse systems and processes.
+ Take ownership to ensure all goods and materials are ordered, received, and stored efficiently.
+ Take ownership of master list ordering,tracking and receiving site materials and equipment
**Inventory & Warehouse Management** :
+ Establish and maintain an inventory system for the facility.
+ Perform cycle counts and provide weekly reports on inventory levels.
+ Track deliveries, inventory, and order accuracy.
+ Take full ownership and manage all warehouse safety and cleanliness through regular inspections.
**Training & Development:**
+ Assist with training and developing staff to improve warehouse productivity and effectiveness.
**Collaboration:**
+ Communicate with other departments and customers to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
+ Work closely with other stakeholders to ensure warehouse systems are aligned with facility goals.
**Other Duties:**
+ Support maintenance and other duties as needed by the leadership team.
+ Implement and support tools like Coupa ordering, spare parts quoting, and readiness systems for shutdowns.
**Job Qualifications:**
+ Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in maintenance role or in a similar role, including at least 3 years of warehouse supervisor operations experience with a focus on equipment management. Required to have Crush plant operations and specific equipment familiarity is highly preferred to be successful at this role.
+ Education: High school diploma or GED required; degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
+ Technical Skills:
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry software.
+ Experience with Maximo or other CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is preferred.
+ Familiarity with SAP is also beneficial.
+ Other Requirements:
+ A valid driver’s license is required.
+ Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various teams and stakeholders.
**Additional Responsibilities:**
+ You will also play a key role in supporting the PE (Performance Excellence) team and championing DEC pillar initiatives.
+ Work on standardizing and consolidating all facility warehouse systems to improve efficiency.
+ Ensure the availability of spare parts during shutdowns and manage post-shutdown reordering.
+ Key stakeholder in shutdown pre planning and post planning meetings.
+ This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with different teams across the facility to optimize warehouse operations.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
