FACT Office Coordinator - Responsibilities:

Responsible for oversight of all non-clinical functions of the Team and as lead Team Member, along with the Team Leader for FACT facility operations: Safety/security (HIPAA), inventory and FACT medical records liaison and controller of all Support Funds transactions.Organize, coordinate and monitor all non-clinical operations of FACT Team.Maintain with the Team Leader, responsibility for the care, custody and maintenance of all FACT clinical records.Provide clerical support and administrative direction while co-facilitating the planning and organization of the Team and the Office.Assist in coordinating communication between the team and the individuals served, de-escalating situations with persons who have increased symptomatology as needed.Responsible for data entry, tracking and reporting.Oversee daily cash transactions of Team. Perform other duties as assigned.

 Requirements:

High School or EquivalentFL Driver's LicensePreferred - Associate's - Business

Required Experience:

2 years of  Administrative Support; Or - 2 years - Customer ServicePreferred - 5 years - Related FieldPreferred - 5 years - Behavioral Health.
