Opportunity Overview: We are seeking a memory ATE Factory Applications Engineer for a position based in Boise, ID. As a Factory Applications Engineer, you will become a part of the Nextest Division’s Application team located in our San Jose, CA office. You will interact with our factory-based engineers as well as our customers. You will help customers bring state-of-the-art semiconductor devices into production. You will collaborate with customers to develop test programs to characterize future devices. You will innovate and devise new ways to verify next generation tester hardware and features. You will have the opportunity to experience a range of activities, which vary week-to-week and sometimes day-to-day. + Pre- and Post-Sales Customer technical support + Technical demonstration creation, documentation, and presentation + Technical / Marketing support for Engineering All About You: We seek individuals who share our passion and determination. If you’re ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position. + 15+ years of Flash and high-speed DRAM Memory semiconductor test experience (specifying, creating, debugging, and correlating device final test and/or wafer sort test programs) + Strong English & technical communication skills (both verbal and written) + Strong interpersonal skills + Proficiency in C / C++ programming + Ability to "think on your feet" and use a "problem solving mindset" + Willingness to travel, domestically / internationally, sometimes on very short notice + BSEE or related field OR equivalent experience.
