Factory Coordinator

Seasonal assignments offer valuable work experience at a leading beverage company. Also, if opportunities exist at the end of the assignment, you can be considered for a full time permanent position with Primo Brands. Individuals in temporary and seasonal assignments are not eligible for all company benefits** **.** Responsibilities This position will support and assist with all SAP transactions for production and shipping/receiving. Responsibilities include: Data entry on both paper and SAP system: + Production records + Inter branch inventory transfers + Setting up shipments + Shipping/receiving documents Additional Responsibilities: + Track and analyze inventory maintenance. + Research inventory variances, and make corrections. + Provide general administrative and clerical support to the manufacturing function. + Prepare reports, documentation, or other information as necessary or requested. + Collaborate with support departments to ensure documentation is completed properly. Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED equivalent. + SAP S/4HANA (Fiori UI) experience REQUIRED – recent experience preferred with minimum one year of experience. + Strong organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills. + Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. + Experience and working knowledge of inventory control and reconciliation preferred. + Knowledge of general accounting principles. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. + Strong analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
