Factory Facility Engineer
Job Description
+ You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of a manufacturing facility. Here are the key responsibilities and requirements for this position.
Requirements
+ A bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Thermal Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
+ Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in facility engineering preferred
+ Knowledge of building codes and regulations ? Strong understanding of facility design and construction
Responsibilities
+ Plan and coordinate all installations (e.g., telecommunications, heat, electricity) and refurbishments
+ Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
+ Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
+ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries
+ Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
+ Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
+ Optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs
+ Monitor utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
+ Assist in budget preparation and manage expenses to ensure cost-effective operations
+ Handle insurance plans and service contracts
+ Keep financial and non-financial records
+ Coordinate with other departments to align objectives and improve overall facility performance
+ Communication with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders regarding facility equipment operations and performance

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
**Pay Details:** $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
