Factory Finance Manager

The Factory Finance Manager holds overall responsibility for the financial management of the factory, including coordination in areas such as product cost planning (including the ASP process), forecasting, actual reporting, control and analysis, inventory management, and Capex control. The role ensures a strong internal control environment, compliance with internal and external rules and regulations, and consistent application of the company’s operating guidelines, policies, and procedures. The Factory Finance Manager also supervises and develops the Finance team while actively participating in factory improvement programs and globally initiated projects to ensure the continuous and timely supply of quality products to markets at optimum cost.

 

As the Factory Finance Manager, you will handle:

Plant Control: Implement financial controls across the factory to safeguard company assets and ensure effective budgetary control. Establish and communicate financial and operating policies, controls, and approval level. Product Cost Development:  Prepare the Annual Business Plan and Strategic Plan. Conduct business planning and assess the cost viability of projects. Provide and analyze actual product costs. Set performance measurements for product cost components. Manage OCC and cash contributions. Drive operational results to exceed plan expectations. Factory Performance and Legal/Regulations Compliance: Analyze and investigate monthly factory performance, focusing on exceptional or unusual expenses and losses, to identify and eliminate root causes. Provide management with timely and actionable reports for performance measurement, trends, and forecasts. Meet reporting deadlines using prescribed formats, presenting key data and analysis in a clear and understandable manner. Budget Control: Manage departmental budgets to align with plans set during the ASP period, avoiding overspending or underspending. Energy Saving and EHS:

Identify energy-saving opportunities and maintain zero LTI (Lost Time Injuries) and RI (Recordable Injuries) within the department.

Cascade relevant communications, programs, and initiatives from factory Engineering and EHS teams.

Contribute to minimizing waste in daily tasks to support environmental sustainability.

People management: Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent. Identify training needs, plan and allocate time for training and development. Other:

Manage various tasks and projects (both global and local) as assigned by the manager or cross-functional departments.

 

Who are we looking for?

A university degree in Finance; additional professional qualifications in Business Administration or Management Accounting are preferred. At least 5 years of leadership or managerial experience in accounting or finance. Strong knowledge of factory processes, financial planning, reporting, and cost accounting. Proficiency in spoken and written English. SAP knowledge and advanced Excel experience are an advantage. Strong teamwork and cross-functional communication skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Able to work under high pressure with strong self-discipline
