As the Precast Factory Head, you shall be responsible for:

Provide strategic leadership and direction for the precast factory to maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability.Develop and implement annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts for the factory.Manage the factory's financial performance, including monitoring costs, revenues, and profitability.Leading and managing all aspects of the precast factory operations to ensure seamless production and timely delivery of high-quality precast products.Implementing and maintaining best practices in plant operations, adhering to safety guidelines and quality standards.Developing and executing strategies to optimize production processes, minimize waste, and enhance overall efficiency.Overseeing the maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure uninterrupted production and minimal downtime.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational excellence.Monitoring and analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actionLeading and mentoring a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting sustainable practices within the factory.

Experience:

Minimum of 20 years of experience in the precast industry

Education Qualification

B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
