Factory HR Manager (Training & Leaning) - Navanakorn Factory
**POSITION SNAPSHOT** Location: Navanakorn Factory Company: Nestlé Business Unit/Division: Human Resources Full-time 5+ years experience in HR. Preferred in Training To organize, process, and responsible training & development programs to support the company's business needs **A DAY IN THE LIFE…** + Induction Training:To coordinate & facilitate the induction training (including general company rules on personal behaviour (including smoking policy) & site security access & limitations (including proprietary information & intellectual property), of newly hired staff & for outsourced service labour & contactors used on site. To identify with the relevant department, any potential future employees from the OSS for assessment, & provide profiles on current skill competency. + Training & Development: Based on the annual training plan for key staff, to coordinate & facilitate the required training course or workshop program between the trainee(s) & trainer(s). To be trained as the Super User for Kronos and ESS support for the site. + Recruitment & Selection: To organize the recruitment of new employees by utilising resources such as recruitment advertisements, job career fairs, & recruitment web-sites. To organize the selection of new employees by preparing tools for exam; arranging line managers interview; establish talent pool; feedback to the applicants & prepare related documents for hiring. + Continuous Improvement: Promote benchmarking & exchange of know how (networking) to achieve world class factory HR & admin operations. Promote the Project CARE guidelines & encourage staff & OSS initiatives. To promote best practice personal efficiency management (Filing, Email management, etc). + Communication: To communicate significant planned or unplanned change & the risk impact on the HR & training systems, & seek ongoing feedback & involvement from the factory team or contractors about managing these changes successfully. + Documentation: To maintain up to date documented procedures for your areas of HR/Admin responsibility. Conduct regular internal audits of these procedures to ensure their ongoing validity & accuracy. **ARE YOU A FIT?** + Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Human Resources or relation + 5+ years experience in HR. Preferred in Training + Hands-on experience in SAP HR, other HR Info system. + Experience as trainer will be a plus. + English proficiency
