On this position you will be reporting to our Factory Finance Manager. The position is based in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland, the job is onsite.
Job Responsibilities
As the Factory Junior Controller you will be supporting the Local Factory Management for delivering sustainable financial results across products, by providing visibility on past performance and recommendations for mitigating risks and leveraging on opportunities.
On this job you will:
Perform various analysis on monthly and ad hoc basis, identifying areas of opportunity and actions for improvement. Ensure all accruals are revalued as necessary. Perform analysis for optimization of supply chain cost and cash drivers such as Procurement, Freight, Cost down, Inventories. Perform investigations and deep dives on monthly closing findings, providing insights on impact over future performance and necessary process improvements. Prepare monthly plant forecast, including deviation analysis to budget and previous forecast. Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget ensuring total plant budget meets targets provided by Controller/Leadership. Background & Skills
It is preferred that you have:
Around 3 years of experience in finance analysis and reporting roles within the production/manufacturing industries. Bachelor degree in finance, economics, business administration or similar Relevant work experience, with the ability to learn quickly . Good drive, with eagerness to learn and can embrace the ongoing changes and challenges that we meet every day. High proficiency in English, both oral and written. Experience in both independent and team work. Problem solving skills. Eye for details. Structured approach to solving problems. Strong practical knowledge of Excel.
