• Complete familiarity with the concepts and processes and standards of production, planning, quality control and repairs and maintenance.
• Full familiarity with the process of organizational audits.
• Complete familiarity with national and international standards in the field of food.
• Strong management and leadership skills.

• Complete familiarity with the principles of writing technical reports and analyzing reports.
• At least five years of management experience in the food industry, preferably in the production of concentrates and fruit purees and tomato paste.
