**In this role you will be:** + Ensuring that the sales orders, as confirmed to the sales organization, are delivered by the factory and logistic service providers + Screening and checking customer orders and confirming them, so that the orders are manufactured correctly, and the delivery date requested by the customer can be supported + Acting as single point of contact within the organization for your counterparts for order fulfillment subjects + Coordinating your order book and communicating in a timely and professional manner with all relevant stakeholders + Preparing order for invoicing in SAP + ​Attending daily and/or weekly calls with relevant stakeholders like: Logistics, Factory, Planning, Quality and the regional Market Organizations **You are the right fit if:** + You have bachelor’s degree + You have previous experience in a corporate environment + You are fluent in English language + You are familiar with SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems + You are customer service and problem solving oriented person who is also able to cooperate with other team members + You have at least basic knowledge of Excel **Our benefits:** + Annual bonus based on performance achieved  + Private medical care with the option to extend it to family members  + Benefit System cards  + Discount for Philips’ products  + Wide variety of trainings & learning opportunities + Promotion of a healthy lifestyle in the office + Employee Assistance Program + Hybrid model of working (min. 3 working days) **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
