Tasks to be Accomplished

Assemble, repair, rework and/or troubleshoot complex electromechanical assembliesMaintenance of system file and tracking assembly documentsEnsure all tasks are completed to customer’s required delivery dateGenerate Non-Conformance Reports

Skills Required

Strong Electronics and Mechanical background including assembly, tuning and troubleshooting Electronic/Mechanical devicesFamiliarity with reading and understanding technical drawings and schematicsThorough understanding of techniques in the use of hand tools, soldering, crimping and measurement equipmentExcellent manual dexterityStrong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work within a team environmentNavigate through ERP systemStrong customer service acumen

Experience & Education Requirements

3 - 5 years experience in the Mechanical and Electronics fieldPrevious experience working in ISO9000, MIL-STD, AS 9100 environmentExperience with Lean Manufacturing an assetCommunity College Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical technology or equivalent
