Faculty Administrative Assistant and Program Coordinator

Reporting to the Program Manager for Faculty, the Faculty Administrative Assistant and Program Coordinator serves as the primary administrative support for COL faculty members in the day-to-day preparation for classes, examinations, committee work, scholarly projects, and other professional materials as required. 

Provide administrative support to tenure track faculty, tenured faculty, and adjunct faculty members, assisting with scheduling, communication, and coordination of academic activities. Act as a liaison between faculty, students, and administrative staff to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.Develop, prepare and maintain attendance records and grade spreadsheets for all law courses throughout the academic year. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program-related data, including participant information, feedback, and program evaluations.Assist in the preparation of instructional materials, course schedules, and syllabi. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of faculty, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Maintain accurate and organized records, including files, documents, grades, and contact lists. Assist in the management of confidential information and sensitive documents Support the faculty members in various projects by coordinating tasks, conducting research, and providing administrative assistance. Train faculty in the use of TWEN, Briefcase, Excel, other database software(s), and platforms. Provide and maintain mid-term and final exam security.
