General Summary

Assists with the administration and direction of the Family Practice Residency Program. Provides clinical and administrative services involving primary medical care to patients in a family practice setting.

WellSpan Health is seeking a Faculty Member for our ACGME accredited Family Medicine residency program established in 1968 in York, Pennsylvania. We have a "Clinic First" Curriculum, a new state of the art office and strong community engagement. We are committed to educating residents in the full spectrum of Family Medicine in a respectful and supportive environment.

Position Highlights:

Practice and teach full-spectrum family medicine to 24 residents; OB preferred3 half day sessions of outpatient care at Thomas Hart Family Practice Precept residents 2-3 half day sessions per weekInpatient service approximately every 7 weeksExplore WellSpan's in York, PADevelop high-quality educational curriculum and experiential rotations per ACGME requirements in simulation training, in-office ultrasound use, practice management, Medication-Assisted Therapy and other innovative FM topics

Qualifications:

Must be board certified/board eligible ABFM or AOBFMPrior core faculty member experience preferred
