Assists with the administration and direction of the Family Practice Residency Program. Provides clinical and administrative services involving primary medical care to patients in a family practice setting.

WellSpan is actively seeking a full-time, board-certified Family Physician to join the core faculty at our unopposed residency program in Lebanon, PA - 45 miles from Harrisburg and 90 minutes from Philadelphia.

Position Highlights:

Join a large, collegial team of Faculty members supervising 21 residentsWill work a week of inpatient coverage every 4-6 weeks, with Nocturnist assistanceMaintain own patient panel and precept residents in outpatient setting Team atmosphere focused on academics and scholarly activityExperience in full scope FM supervising residents a plus - includes prenatal care, no OBPosition offers lifestyle flexibility, professional development and leadership supportWellSpan is reimagining healthcare and now utilizes DAX - Dragon Ambient eXperience, an artificial intelligence scribe that ambiently listens to the patient visit and generates a clinical note in the EPIC electronic health record.

Minimum Education:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required orDoctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

Licenses:

Courses and Training:

Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice, or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice, or Board eligible. Upon Hire Required orCompletion of a Family Practice residency. Upon Hire Required andMust qualify and be a member of the Medical Staff of York Hospital. Upon Hire Required
