Employment Type: Permanent Faculty Vacancy ID: FAC0005179 Salary Range: Dependent on qualifications Position Summary/Description: The School of Education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill seeks scholars with professional experience in organizational learning and leadership for an appointment at the rank of Clinical Assistant, Clinical Associate, or Clinical Professor starting July 1, 2025. This full-time 12-month position will be appointed for a three-year term, with the potential to renew for additional terms. This position is a unique opportunity to contribute to expanding organizational leadership knowledge and teaching contributions across the undergraduate and graduate programs in the School of Education. Candidates will (a) develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the undergraduate Human and Organizational Leadership Development ( HOLD ) major and EdD in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and Learning ( OLL ), and related programs and areas delivered in face-to-face, online, and/or blended formats; (b) support strategic initiatives across the School and campus; © contribute to the ongoing development of undergraduate and graduate programs; and (d) provide leadership and service at the local, state, and national levels. This position will primarily teach courses, supervise student field work and capstone experiences, advise and mentor students, and provide other important teaching/mentoring-related activities.
