The **Failure Analysis Engineer** plays a critical role in supporting product quality and reliability within a high-performance manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for monitoring test failure trends during New Product Introduction (NPI), identifying root causes down to the component level, and recommending corrective actions to improve production test yields. Working closely with customers and internal cross-functional teams, the Failure Analysis Engineer leads detailed investigations into field and line failures, develops debug tools, and helps drive continuous improvement in both test processes and global service operations.
