Responsible for failure analysis of returned parts and prepare analysis report. Maintains failure data and measurement equipment.
Job Responsibilities1. Analyses returned parts from Chinese market and provides detailed failure reports based on our quality system
2. Provides and works out technical proposals to eliminate customer product failure
3. Maintains failure data base (Q-system)
4. Communicates within the FAC team to share experience
5. Communicates with customers if needed for technical clarification
6. Maintains measurement equipment
1. Bachelor degree in electronics or Chip related majors
2. At least 3 years of experience in power electronic application,manufacturing technology or failure analysis
3. Good knowledge of power electronic devices like IGBT, MOSFET, thyristor, diode
4. Experienced in handling of test equipment like oscilloscope, microscope and curve tracer
5. Detailed working style
6. Good communication skills
7. Familiar with excel and power point
8. English can be treated as working language
