Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain Internship/Co-Op Program Overview
Our Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain Internship/Co-Op Program is a comprehensive learning and professional experience in the supply chain network at one of the world’s leading healthcare companies. Your application and area of interest will be used to determine which one of our many exciting positions best fit for you. Internship positions are full-time opportunities expecting to start May 26th, 2025 – Aug 11th, 2025. For are Co-op positions, they are expecting to start June 23rd, 2025– Jan 12th, 2026

**Skills:**
+ Microsoft and Google Software proficient
+ Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills, technical skills, and business comprehension
+ Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while executing results
+ Must be a self-starter, eager to learn, and able to work independently with minimal direction
+ Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
**Qualifications - External**
+ Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
+ Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework
+ Be currently enrolled at an accredited university and a degree, with a graduation date not before the contract end date or January 12th, 2026
+ Ability to work full-time (40 hours a week) as well as on-site if the position requires it
+ Have a passion for healthcare
+ Preferred major disciplines related to supply chain, engineering, life sciences, and data analytics
_The anticipated base pay for this position is between_ _22/hr_ _and 33_ _/hr_ _, but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Company’s consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans._ _Housing stipend will be offered for those that qualify._ _This position is ineligible for severance.
