We are seeking a highly-motivated Architectural Intern/Co-op to join our Architecture Group for Fall 2025 in our Simsbury, CT office.

+ Our interns will assist technical staff on day-to-day projects.
+ Use Revit under the guidance of Architects.
+ Observe project sites and evaluate contractors’ work to detect problems with a design.
+ Prepare reports and document project activities and data.
+ Perform tasks in relation to LEED Certification.
+ Set up and help maintain project files and records.
+ Detailed design working with project team.
+ Engineering coordination.
+ Problem-solving for design solutions.
+ Code analysis and research.
+ Materials and products analysis and research.
+ Specification writing.
+ Prepare and coordinate construction documents.
+ In addition to the work-centered program, we also offer robust internship programming, which includes opportunities to work with other interns, learn about other areas of the business, and develop valuable communication skills and networking connections.
+ Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related program.
+ Must have reliable transportation to the office.
+ Basic understanding of AutoCAD or Revit preferred.
+ Experience with Adobe Suite preferred.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Possess solid problem-solving skills.
+ Must be able to work in a high-paced environment.
+ Strong computer literacy, to include MS Office.
+ Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
