Family Assistant- Queen Creek, AZ

Our client is seeking an energetic, proactive, and resourceful Family Assistant to support a busy household in Queen Creek, AZ. The family consists of two active daughters, ages 9 and 12, and one parent who frequently travels for business. This position will involve a variety of tasks to help maintain an organized home and keep daily life running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
+ Household Management: Help with general household organization, tidying up, and ensuring that the home is running efficiently.
+ Childcare Support: Assist with transporting children to and from activities, including school and extracurricular activities.
+ Meal Preparation: Prepare lunch and light meals for children.
+ Errands and Shopping: Run errands, including grocery shopping (via Instacart), Amazon returns, picking up dry cleaning, and other household tasks.
+ Household Maintenance: Support with small household maintenance tasks like managing kitchen / pantry inventory, organizing supplies, taking out trash, laundry.
Requirements:
+ High Energy & Proactive: Must have a roll-up-your-sleeve mentality and be ready to jump in with enthusiasm.
+ Organized: Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep the household schedules and daily life in order.
+ 5+ years of Prior experience as a family assistant or personal assistant
+ Strong and professional communication skills
+ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
+ Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
+ Excellent, verifiable references
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM (with flexibility for later evenings as needed)
