Job Description
Assesses, plans, coordinates, implements, and evaluates education for Family Experience employees, which promotes professional development resulting in improved patient experience/satisfaction for patients, families, and Children’s Clinical Teams. Performs duties associated with Family Experience practice, professional development, leadership and quality, and evidence-based practice. Develops and implements education plan for the department to proactively support delivery of quality patient and family care.Experience
