Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI is seeking a FAMILY HOUSE COORDINATOR to join our FAMILY HOUSE  team!

The Aspirus Family House is a safe, affordable, temporary home for families whose loved ones are receiving medical care at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, or for patients who have traveled to Wausau to receive specialty care.

The Coordinator of the Aspirus Family House works collaboratively with the Manager to facilitate the efficient and effective management of the day-to-day operations of the house including admissions process, referral program, volunteer program, guest service/satisfaction, and occupancy goals.

HOURS: Full Time 1.0 FTE, 80 Hours Biweekly

Experience/Qualifications

 Knowledge of customer service and business practices normally acquired through completion of an Associate’s degree in a business, hospitality or health related field beneficial, or relevant work experience. 2-3 years’ experience in non-profit, human services, or hospitality industry preferred. Progressive supervision experience beneficial. Excellent communication and relationship skills to be able to relate well to a wide range of individuals.
