Description Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is seeking a Family Law Attorney in the Northshore area of Boston with a minimum of 5 years' experience to join our client's esteemed legal firm. The suitable candidate must have a proven track record in family law issues, including child custody, divorce, property division and post-decree modification cases. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of professionalism and superior client service skills. Hybrid schedule, unlimited PTO, 1600 hour billable requirement. Responsibilities: + Deeply understand your clients' requirements and provide counsel to them in clear, yet comprehensive terms. + Manage all aspects of family law litigation including client intake, pleadings preparation, proactively managing discovery, trial preparation and appearance in court proceedings. + Provide representation in court during family disputes, ensuring the best interest of the client is promoted. + Draft legal documents such as petitions, pleadings, appeals, agreements, etc. for review. + Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, ensuring fair and beneficial outcomes. Requirements Must be Licensed in MA + JD from an accredited law school. + Admitted and in good standing with the state bar. + 5+ years of experience practicing Family Law. + Exceptional negotiation skills and litigation experience. + Demonstrable knowledge of family law including custody disputes, divorce proceedings, adoption, and paternity matters. + Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written.
