We are looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. The Family Law Attorney will provide legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to family law. This includes, but is not limited to, divorce, high-asset marital dissolutions, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child support, and child custody.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and counsel to clients in family law mattersDraft and review legal documents, such as divorce settlements and pre/postnuptial agreementsResearch relevant family law issuesRepresent clients in court proceedings or out-of-court negotiationsProvide sound legal advice to clients in a timely fashionStay up to date on changes to family law

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the CA barAt least 3 years of experience practicing family lawExcellent written and verbal communication skills
