Position Overview: The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to individuals and couples in matters related to family law. The attorney must be knowledgeable of the requirements and processes associated with marriage, divorce, child custody, adoption, and other related family matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients regarding family law matters, such as marriage, divorce, child custody, adoption, and other related family mattersDevelop legal strategies to effectively handle family law casesExamine and analyze evidence and review documents related to family law casesRepresent clients in court hearings and other legal proceedingsAdvise clients on their legal rights and optionsCommunicate with other legal professionals to build strong casesKeep up-to-date on changes in the legal system

Qualifications:
