The successful candidate will provide legal counsel and representation to clients in matters related to family law and divorce. Position overview: The Family Law Attorney will primarily be responsible for providing legal advice and advocacy to clients in matters related to divorce and family law. The Attorney will also be responsible for drafting motions, pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel to clients in all aspects of family law and divorce proceedingsNegotiate settlements and reach agreements with opposing counselConduct legal research and provide advice on applicable laws, regulations, and court precedentsRepresent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and hearingsDraft and file motions, pleadings, contracts, and other legal documentsAdvocate for the client's best interests during negotiations and court proceedingsProvide accurate and timely advice to clients on all legal matters

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in the state(s) in which work is to be provided3+ years of experience practicing family lawStrong knowledge of applicable family law statutes and case lawExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBenefitsCompetitive Base Salary: $120,000 - $220,000Health/Dental/Vision401kBonus StructureCompany Events Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly (dinner/events/parties..etc)
