Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Family Law Paralegal for a growing Family Law Firm in Charlotte. The firm has six offices across NC and SC. The firm's practice areas include trusts and estates, corporate law, adoption, mediation, and more. This role involves supporting attorneys by maintaining workflow, managing calendars, drafting and preparing documents, and driving day-to-day operations. This opportunity is direct hire, on-site, and full time.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, file, and serve legal documents Assist with trial preparation by creating exhibits, pleading notebooks, spreadsheets, and performing child support calculationsAnalyze evidence and discovery to produce documentation, respond with objections, identify missing documents, and produce Federal Rule LettersManage and track case management; update calendars and organize client files

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' of experience in a Family Law Firm, preferredUnderstanding of Local Rules Exceptional interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to maintain professionalism while showing empathy to clientsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutionsLicensed North Carolina Paralegal and Notary PublicKnowledgeable of Mecklenburg Local Rules
