Facey Medical Group has an excellent opportunity for a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for its Mission Hills location in California. Full-time physicians with Facey Medical Group are only scheduled 4.5 days per week as the organization recognizes the importance of a healthy work-life balance. Enjoy an outstanding work culture while living in the beautiful San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles. **Position Details:** + Full-time position with 4.5 days per week schedule + Outpatient care only + Call is outpatient only and rotates with all physicians + No inpatient call + No late-night shift or weekends + Work with adult patients only, approximately 19 patients per day + Access to other specialties and support within the group **Compensation & Benefits:** + Compensation is between $270,000 and $350,000 per year + Comprehensive benefit package that includes medical/dental, life & disability insurance, generous paid time off, and a substantial employer paid retirement plan contribution + Fulltime employment is qualifying toward federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (please consult with your loan servicer for specific requirements and qualifications for PSLF) _The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position.
