Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a primary care physician to join its established team at PMG Scholls Medical Plaza. We are looking for a Family Medicine physician -OR- outpatient Internal Medicine physician to deliver broad scope primary care for children (all ages), families, adults & geriatric patients in the community. You’ll be part of an integrative primary care team including embedded APPs who will support your panel and some In Basket management, an on-site behavioral health provider and clinical pharmacist, along with case management support. Additional resources, consults and patient referrals from our Providence teams located in the same building include physical therapy/rehab, family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, & immediate care.
