Providence Medical Group is seeking a primary care physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join our dedicated Primary Care team at PMG Bridgeport Family Medicine clinic. You’ll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered medical home made up of physicians, advanced practice clinicians, behavior health clinicians, clinical pharmacist, case management, and an experienced clinical support team.
