Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all agesDiagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing preventive care.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care.Educate patients on wellness and healthy lifestyle choices.Maintain accurate and compliant medical records

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.Valid medical license in West Virginia and/or Ohio, or eligibility to obtain one.Strong interpersonal and clinical skills.Dedication to community-focused care and ongoing professional growth
