The outpatient Family Medicine Physician role at an Allina Health Clinic presents an opportunity to participate in a solid team environment resulting in the ultimate patient care experience. Key Position Details:

Our Primary Care providers partner with our Mental Health service line and the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing to provide whole person care in the clinic setting. 

The Maple Grove clinic is searching for a Family Medicine Physician to join its team. Here you will be part of 38 member team including the service line specialties of Sports medicine, eye exams, medical imaging, and mental health services, yet able to access the full spectrum of specialty care across the Allina Health system.

36 patient contact hours per weekMinimal call coverage, phone only, RN triage supportOutpatient practice providing care to all ages, including growing familiesClinic hours are Monday-Friday 7am-5pm and closed Saturday-Sunday. EMR: Excellian is one of the most comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) systems in the nation.

Job Requirements

MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training requiredBE/BC with ABMS or AOA requiredActive, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable ​ACLS-BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required within 180 Days and
