Job Description UNC Health Blue Ridge is seeks a Family Medicine Physician at Cajah’s Mountain Medical Associates. HIGHLIGHTS + Family Medicine Practice within a rural community. + Collaborative team based practice + Access to a broad scope of specialist within UNC Health Blue Ridge Network + A well respected organization, serving the community over 30 years + Flexible hours and schedule- the ability to work 3 (12 hour shifts) or 4.5 ( 8 hour shifts) + Will be able to see acute and chronic patients QUALIFICATIONS Education Requirements: + Completion of an accredited graduate –level Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) program. + Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) in the state of North Carolina or eligible. + Board certification if required by the Department Professional Experience Requirements: + Must have 2+ years of experience to be considered Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements: + Demonstrated clinical competency. + Preventive Care + Management of Acute and Chronic health issues + Strong interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively. + Demonstrated written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills. + Effective interaction and care of patients + Documentation of medical records for accurate billing Compensation: + Competitive Salary plus RVU bonuses + Health insurance and Retirement Plans - through the practice + Malpractice Insurance + ETOP: Vacation/ Holiday/ Sick Time + Sign on and retention bonuses available Cajah’s Mountain Medical Associates and Express care is a managed practice of UNC Health Blue Ridge.
