Family Nurse Practitioner
**Job Posting: Family Nurse Practitioner** **Location:** San Antonio, TX 78221 **Travel Requirement:** Must be available to float to clinics within a 50-mile radius **Pay Rate:** $69-$79/hr. **Overview:** We are seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The FNP will provide high-quality care to patients, promoting health education, safety, and overall well-being in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Patient-Centered Care:** Educate patients on maintaining health, assess and treat health concerns, and document all care in the electronic health record. + **Team Development:** Assist in developing Patient-Centered Practice Teams, improve patient engagement and satisfaction through feedback integration. + **Customer Service Excellence:** Respond to patient care inquiries, maintain communication with colleagues, and resolve conflicts effectively. + **Healthcare Management:** Manage both clinical and non-clinical tasks, balance priorities to maintain clinic efficiency, and adhere to the company’s core values. + **Operational Effectiveness:** Contribute to the hiring and development of practice employees, improve clinic operations while ensuring quality care and cost containment. + **Patient Care:** Administer immunizations, perform patient counseling (including STI prevention and pregnancy education), and develop comprehensive care plans. **Required Qualifications:** + Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and valid state licensure. + Minimum two years of relevant experience or equivalent. + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. + Ability to pass the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment. + Proficiency in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus). + Must pass a FIT test and wear a respirator mask when required. + Ability to manage both clinical and operational responsibilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with Epic electronic health record system is preferred. **Why Join Us?** This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment with a focus on quality care and continuous improvement.
