The St. Louis Cardinals are seeking candidates for the Family Pavilion Host position. This position will assist and provide excellent customer service to Family Pavilion patrons, maintain and safely operate the various games and attractions in the area, process timely and efficient transactions, and maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable venue for customers' entertainment. Family Pavilion is regarded as the \"Family Fun Center,\" and this position is ideal for high energy individuals who love being around young children. This fun-filled position starts at $15.39\/hr. and includes great perks!\n

Job Duties:\n\nGreet Customers, assist them with their needs at the venue, answer questions and provide a safe, secure environment for the guest to enjoy\nMonitor the area and equipment to protect against damage\nProcess transaction through the POS system\nConsistently clean and straighten the area and its games and attractions to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable venue to enhance customers' experience\nMaintain and operate all games and attractions to provide an enjoyable experience for the fans\n\n

Education\/Experience Required:\n\nHigh School education or equivalent\nSome general work experience\nPrevious customer service experience\nGood communication skills (Verbal and Written)\nGood Organizational skills\nAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to lift and\/or carry at least 10 lbs consistently\nAbility to stand on feet for long periods of time\n\n

Education\/Experience Preferred:\n\n1-2+ years of customer service experience\n1-2 + years of work experience in an entertainment venue\nVirtual Reality gaming experience.\nSome college education in a business or sports related field\nPrevious cashier experience\nExcellent communication skills (Verbal and written)\nExcellent organizational skills\n
