Short Description

The Family Room Coordinator helps to ensure that RMHSNJ offers the most welcoming and hospitable guest services possible. They are responsible for the operations specific to each Family Room location. The Family Room Coordinator reinforces a culture of compassion, care, and exemplary service for guest families with pediatric and NICU patients.

Experience Required

0-2 years required

3-5 years preferred

Education Requirements

High School Diploma required 

Special Requirements

Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.

Must be able to use Canva or other graphics platform.
