Family Solicitor We are seeking a dedicated Family Law Solicitor with 1+ years of post-qualification experience to join a well-established firm in Birmingham. This role will focus on private family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and pre-nuptial agreements. Key Responsibilities: * Managing a diverse caseload of private family law matters. * Advising clients on a range of family law issues, with a focus on sensitive and complex cases. * Representing clients in court and at hearings. * Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Requirements: * Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in family law. * Strong understanding of private family law and related procedures. * Excellent communication and client-facing skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
