Family Solicitor - East Cheshire An opportunity for a Family Solicitor to join an established team within a North West leading firm. THE FIRM Established over 20 years ago Cheshire based offering a range of legal services to business and personal clients nationally Combining modern technology with traditional values and experience THE ROLE * Qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 3 years' experience(this can include training contract experience). * Manage your own caseload of private family matters disputes including divorce and financial remedy issues, children and injunction matters, surrogacy, cohabitee disputes and pre and post nuptial agreements. * Proclaim skills desirable. * Hybrid working of 3 days per week office/2 days WFH. * The existing team offer the full range of family services for private paying clients including; separation, divorces, children, finance, dissolution of civil partnerships, pre-nuptial agreements. * This is an excellent opportunity for a family lawyer to join a highly regarded firm & further their career.
