Ensuring that FS program activities are women, girl and Client-cantered, and adhere to best practice and GBV guiding principles, flagging any concerns to the FSP Deputy Coordinator in a timely manner.Conducting regular, weekly online supervision and provide remote support to oversee the successful implementation of FSP activities in HRT and BDD and other provinces based on the funding .Supporting the FSP Team to continuously monitor and assess risk across all their services, activities and sites of operations and Technical Coordinator time to time being.Meet regularly with proper Coordination of the Field Coordinator for the site teams to discuss, design, plan community outreach and mobilization of FSP activities.Meet regularly FSP Deputy Coordinator and with the and Field Coordinator to discuss programming progress, successes, challenges, responsiveness of our program and putting in place an action plan and follow up.Staff Supervision and Development
Directly supervise and mentor FSP Senior Officers in HRT and BDG and other provinces (as needed)Ensure timely completion and submission of monthly timesheets, communicating clear expectations, setting performance objectives, probation reviews, and annual performance reviews.Monitor staff care and well-being and approve and manage all leave requests to ensure adequate coverage.Through close work with the FSP Team, ensure that all new staff are provided with the core FSP and GBV training package and identify opportunities for further training.Assist with the recruitment of program staff and incentive workers.Case Management & Community Outreach and Risk Reduction Support
With technical guidance from FSP Deputy Coordinator, provide technical support the FSP Senior Coordinators on high risk and/or complex, difficult cases.Ensure the FSP team are using functional, Client-cantered referral pathways and conducting safe, confidential, and appropriate referrals in line with best practice.Support the FSP Team in implementation of the protection cash program through our case management in-line with the SOP.Support the FSP Team in implementation and facilitation of focus group discussion and key informant interview to better understand the needs of the community. Support the development of appropriate messages on the types of services and support available to survivors of GBV, where these services are available, how communities can support survivors to access services, and the consequences of GBV and the benefits of seeking care and support.Monitoring and Reporting
Ensure GBV information generated from our services is managed in-line with ethical standards, the GBVIMS guidelines, information sharing and data protection protocols.continuously monitor activities, assessing their relevance to the needs, priorities and interests of women and adolescent girls.Submit weekly activity summary reporting gathered from your sites.Keep close track of indicators monthly, and flag to the FSP Deputy Coordinator when programs are behind in activity implementation.Budget Management
Update procurement plans for your sites of operation monthly ahead of procurement review meetings, send complete procurement plans to FSP Deputy CoordinatorEnsure estimated prices, supply chain procedures and specifications of items on procurement plans are reviewed by Supply Chain and Finance teams during monthly procurement review meetings.develop spending plans based on procurement plans and submit to the FSP Deputy CoordinatorRaise PRs for program activities and materials, follow up on PRs, their tracking and completion.As requested by FSP Deputy Coordinator, prepare internal reports within agreed deadlines, including feeding into donor reports in time with deadlines, ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.Coordination
Make sure fully Coordination and communication is placed with FSP Deputy Coordinator, Field Coordinator, Humanitarian Access team and security focal points, to ensure smooth access for program implementation cooperation with local stakeholders and the ability to implement programming in multiple locations which are hard to reach areas and in line with humanitarian principles.Develop and maintain effective working relationships with relevant with NGOs, UN agencies, government authorities and sub-clusters.Other:
The ability to regularly travel to provinces in which IRC operates, including but not limited to, Herat and BDG.Other relevant duties as assigned by the FSP Deputy Coordinator to support the implementation and quality of the program.
