Family Support Worker – Disabled Childrens Family Support Team – Islington  
Pay rate £28.70 per hour  
We are recruiting for a Family Support Worker to join the Children with Disabilities Family Support Team in Islington.    
You will act as allocated worker reviewing the child in need plans and ensuring that they meet the assessed need.
