A warm and welcoming nursery in West Drayton is seeking passionate and qualified Level 2 and Level 3 practitioners to join its dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are nurturing, creative, and committed to supporting children's growth and development in a friendly, supportive environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (depending on the role applied for).

Demonstrate a nurturing and positive approach, creating a warm atmosphere for children, parents, and colleagues.

Be knowledgeable about the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and its practical implementation.

Show a creative flair, bringing fresh ideas to plan engaging and inspiring activities.

Be passionate about providing exceptional care and education for young children.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Delivering a caring and structured day for the children, meeting their individual needs.

Planning creative learning experiences that inspire and challenge children in line with the EYFS framework.

Conducting meaningful observations, assessments, and planning to support children’s progress.

Ensuring smooth transitions during sleep times, mealtimes, and outings.

Supervising mealtimes with care and attention to create positive experiences.

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and health & safety in the nursery.

Building strong relationships with parents and carers, fostering trust and open communication.

Being a positive role model for the children in your care.
