The ideal candidate will have experience in fare collection and strong skills in developing work plans and tracking progress. Your Impact + Develop and manage fare collection projects, including cost, time, and scope. + Assess and analyze current fare system operations, proposing suggestions for future enhancements. + Identify new requirements for fare systems and develop specifications for acquiring new payment solutions. + Oversee the procurement process for selecting new fare payment technology solutions. + Strategize, monitor, and manage fare payment system projects to align with technological advancements and ensure revenue protection. + Stay updated on the latest fare payment technologies, trends, and solutions for transit fare collection systems. Who You Are **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field. + Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly in technology-related initiatives. + Proven track record of managing all aspects of a project lifecycle. + At least five years of experience coordinating and supporting fare collection business processes. + Strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with Microsoft SharePoint. + Professional Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional). \#LI-AC1 **About WSP** WSP USA is the U.S. operating company of WSP, one of the world's leading engineering and professional services firms.
