Brief Description of Overall Job: + Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. + Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. + Proficiency in operating farm equipment and machinery safely and efficiently + Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for equipment maintenance and repairs. + Previous experience in farm operations, livestock handling and/or mechanical work. + Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. + Ability to use hand tools effectively.  + Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays Brief Description of Dozer Operator Job Duties: +   Operate bulldozers to perform tasks such as clearing land, pushing soil, and grading surfaces according to job specifications + Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on the bulldozer to ensure optimal performance. + Conduct pre-operation checks and report any equipment issues. + Work collaboratively with others on the job site. + Familiarity with GPS and other grade control systems. + Maintain a safe job site.  Preferred qualifications for higher end of pay range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. Sign On Bonus: Total $1,000.  $500 after 3 months of successful employment and $500 after 9 months of successful employment.
