SALARY: $29.00-$33.00 per hour, depending on experience
SHIFT: Able and willing to work 12-hour, 7-day schedule during harvest period, which runs August through September. Standard 40 hour work week, Monday through Friday, with potential for variation.

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Farm Supervisor, in conjunction with supervisor peers and farm management, oversees all facets of the farm operations. They respond to the needs of the department as well as business direction in completing the weekly production plan, while meeting internal safety and external quality expectations. They provide inspiring leadership to a team of seasonal employees, motivating them to work hard, and set the parameters for production quality and efficiency.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise crews performing work in the following functions
Irrigation/Chemigation
Pesticide Application
Field Tractor Work (Tillage, Mowing, etc.)
Field Labor (Stringing, Training, Planting, Weeding, etc.)
Greenhouse Operations
Field Scouting
Responsible for safety, quality, and production performance of crew
Schedule and monitor labor hours
Schedule job activities
Report operational performance
Monitor crop throughout growing season to identify threshold limits for pests
Coordinate with maintenance teams to align farm needs with maintenance schedule
Coordinate with outside vendors to procure production supplies
Implement and utilize ABInBev’s management system, Voyager Plant Optimization
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
AS or BS in field related to Agriculture (Or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Excellent organization and communication skills
Must have or be able to acquire an Idaho Private Applicators License and Idaho Chemigation License
Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Email, PowerPoint etc.)
Good writing, analytical, presentation, and critical thinking skills
Detail oriented, and possess strong decision-making ability
Ability to keep accurate records
Must be able to work independently, have strong commitment to personal safety
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Experience in a leadership role a plus
Experience with operation and maintenance of agricultural equipment a plus
