        What will set you apart:

High school diploma or GEDCollege level courses or bachelor’s degreeMinimum 3 years’ experience in farming operationsPrior supervisory or equivalent experiencePrior experience in operation of farming equipmentAbility to communicate with all levels of employees.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

        What you will need:

Bi-lingual, English/Spanish with the ability to speak in both.Able to work weekends depending on business needs.Have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen. Benefits

        Total Rewards:                   $66,560 / YEAR SALARY
