POSITION SUMMARY

The Farmworker Coordinator primary role is to support and grow the farmworker program by being a liaison with farmworkers and collaborating with both internal and external partners. They are responsible for planning, budgeting and coordinating daily activities of farmworker health programs and services under Adelante’s community programs department. This position will work closely with the community health team and Community Programs Director to engage the farmworker community through targeted outreach and other forms of community engagement. The Farmworker Coordinator will work with other local organizations and AHC staff to support the development and implementation of programs, maintain and update databases, coordination and transactional support related to program operations, provide technical assistance and resolve issues related to tasks or assignments, and work with sensitive and confidential information.
