As a Fashion Advisor, you are the heartbeat of our Brand. Optimize the client experience according to our Client Service Values; fulfil the clients’ needs through genuine, flexible, and tailor-made serviceAcquire and apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills to maximize all sales opportunitiesMaintain an awareness of Company, Boutique and personal sales targets and performance, working towards all commercial objectives and goalsAssist with regular back of house operations and review alterations and holds as appropriateEstablish and maintain knowledge of current merchandising guidelines and always maintain set standardsEnsure highest standards in all aspect of the sales and after sales service, including a positive mindset, flexibility in understanding customer needs, accuracy in capturing data, and timely follow upUphold the image of the Brand Ambassador by conveying a professional and sophisticated image through impeccable personal grooming and etiquette

What you will bring to the role:

Luxury retail selling experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service settingProven ability to drive and exceed individual and store resultsProven ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong organization and follow-up skills (essential)Professional presentation and behaviour
